Family[edit]

Family History[edit]

Cakzad Arcashiri comes from a very long line of holders. The first historic records on the Arcashiri detail one of Cakzad's Ancestors as one of the original warlords who bowed to Amash-Akura at the founding of the Empire.

In 23187, the Arcashiri House began to engage in criminal activities. The Arcashiri, now having control of an entire Constellation, managed to keep their activities quiet as no one wanted to destabilize there power. The engagement of criminal activities was partly due to contact with the Gallente by the Amarr Empire.
The Arcashiri family saw oppurtunity among the other races. After the Gallente-Amarr Free Trade Agreement was reached, their activities doubled. For a time the Arcashiri prospered. But, a small group of the family disagreed with these criminal activities but was forced to keep quiet.
When the Amarr-Jove War took place, this small group of the family, often neglected and with only a single Holder among them, took the chance to expand there power by founding a corporation known as 'Arcashiri Defense'.
Arcashiri Defense supplied the Ministry of War in there war against the Jove, and even offered the majority of there slaves (the one holder owned quite a bit) to be trained as Kameira's. When the war ended in Amarrian defeat, Arcashiri Defense provided security services to slavers as the Mimatar Rebellion raged.
When CONCORD was founding in 23233, the Arcashiri were exposed to their criminal activities and there supporters whithered as the case was brought before the Theology Council. The main section of the Arcashiri family were punished and stripped of there names as Holders and of there wealths. However, the small section of the Arcashiri that had formed Arcashiri Defense were not stripped and punished, as they helped to punish the main family.
Instead, these Arcashiri were given the Holder titles. While not having all the former power and wealth of the Arcashiri, the Arcashiri quickly began to prosper. When the Angel Cartel was formed, Arcashiri Defense responded by supporting Anti-Cartel Operations, and contracting out protectors for convoys under threat by the Cartel.
The Arcashiri quickly rose threw the ranks to high positions of power. Several members were married to some of the major families, mainly including the Kor-Azor and Sarum Families. They quickly gained more power, and a better reputation, then the former Arcashiri Main Family had.
Cakzad's father, Chayar Arcashiri, was mainly engaged in the slave trade and was a Holder, owning a small continent on the Eclipticum Planet in the Kor-Azor System. Chayar was also known as a political activist, and eventually became a member of the Civic Council in YC104.
In YC6, Chayar met Sokha Helzier, a member of the Theology Council. They first met each other as rivals, both trying to gain control of a case in order to further their careers.
Chayar's father, Jolian Arcashiri, pressured Chayar to gain control of the case. Jolian had had his first child, Chayar, at the age of 48. By the time Chayar had grown up, Jolian was already getting old, and was pressuring Chayar because he wanted his eldest son and chosen heir to prove himself to be worthy of being a Holder.
As Chayar and Sokha clashed, they eventually fell in love. Sokha gave Chayar the case. Initially, Jolian was disappointed his son had married a member of a mostly unimportant family. The Helzier weren't very remarkable other then the fact that they held control over a small Mining Colony. However, Jolian realized the Helzier Family was also pushing Sokha, and that she was influential in the Theology Council.
Chayar's mother, Korona, was much more opposed to the marriage. Korona was known for being dedicated to upholding the Family, as her Family had fell away from grace, losing all of their terriotory due to a lack of control and a betrayal by the Tash-Murkon Family, who had promised Korona's family control of an entire system, but had backstabbed them by giving the System to another Holder.
Jolian eventually managed to convince Korona, especially after Chayar's brother, Macelion, married a member of the Kor-Azor Family (the member was far away from the Central Control of the Family, but it was still a feat).
In YC7, Chayar and Sokha married on Eclipticum. As a gift from the Kor-Azor Family, the Arcashiri Family were given control of the small continent on which the marriage had been held. This was suspected as bribery by Chayar and Jolian, as they suspected the Kor-Azor wanted to expand influence within the Arcashiri due to the prescence of a Theology Council member.
In YC8, Korona Arcashiri pressured Chayar and Sokha to increase their positions within their respective courts. Halfway through the year, Chayar and Jolian's suspicions expanded when the Kor-Azor gave Jolian a Armageddon and permission to form a personal fleet. Throughout the year, the Kor-Azor donated several Frigates, Cruisers, and hundreds of slaves to the Arcashiri Family.
Then in November of YC7, there suspicions came full-head when the Kor-Azor requested for Sokha to try and expand the Kor-Azor Families control over internal matters. When Chayar and Jolian confronted Macelion, he refused to believe that the Kor-Azor Family had attempted to bribe them. Macelion then became unhinged and stole the Armageddon, several Cruisers, and the slaves needed to crew them and disappeared with his wife. Only then did Chayar and Jolian learn that Macelion had a physcological disorder which made him become extremely attached to a certain object of affection to the point he would slaughter friends and family. In this case, that object was his wife.
Chayar spent the remainder of the year searching for Macelion, while Jolian, Korona, and Sokha worked hard to expand the Arcashiri Families influence and the size of their personal navy in case Macelion indeed striked against the family. The Kor-Azor attempted to dismantle the Arcashiri Families personal navy, but Chayar and Sokha used there positions within the Courts to put a hault to this.
In March of YC8, Chayar located Macelion. Macelion had stockpiled weapons and ships at the edge of Amarr Space. Macelion was also discovered to be working with the newly formed Angel Cartel, and was operating out of personal Station in Deep Space. The Station was heavily protected, guarded, and concealed and was used as a launching point for Angel Cartel Members in the Constellation.
Jolian, not wanting to lose reputation by revealing that one of his sons worked with the Angel Cartel, deployed his personal fleet. The Arcashiri Fleet spread out, with no more then two ships at a time in the same system. The Fleet was known to be quite massive, containing a large number of Coercers, Dragoons, Punishers, Magnates, Harbingers, and Prophecies as well as several Redeemers, Paladins, Absolutions, and Damnations. Chayar as a part of the battle, commanding the head of the Fleet, a Revelation Class Dreadnought.
The Arcashiri Family was sure that this would be able to destroy whatever Macelion had waiting, but it was in fact not enough. Instead of a single Revelation, Macelion had gathered 3 and his fleet was lead by a Aeon. Macelion did not however have any Battlecruisers or Battleships, yet instead depended on his 4 Capital Ships, the Station's Sentry Turrets, and a swarm of Fighters and Frigates to defend his small Empire. The battle lasted for several days.
At the onset, Macelion's strategy proved to be a devestating one to Chayar's Forces as Chayar assaulted the Station due to the massive collection of damage from the Dreadnoughts and Carrier and the swarm of smaller damage from the Frigates and Fighters all concentrated.
However, Chayar spread his forces out for several AU around the system, forcing Macelion to not be able to concentrate all his damage at a single target, and also not to be able to rely on his Sentry Turrets. With two days of small skirmishes, with only a few Frigates and Fighters being destroyed, the battle spread out further and further through the system. Chayar, attempting to further spread out Macelion's forces, began to use several Moons and Asteroid Fields as refueling stations and launch-off points as he brought in Mining Groups to mine materials.
Chayar also brought in several Sentry Turrets, deploying them at his refueling stations. This turned the battle into a Terriotorial conflict. This improved Chayar's effectiveness, as the ships he had brought were more suited for individual combat. After 4 more days of small skirmishes, a Stalemate was reached. As of yet Macelion had not deployed his Capital Ships away from his Station in order to preserve them should Chayar attempt a assault on the Station, but was becoming itchy to use them in an attempt to devestate his brother. After a 2-day stalemate, Macelion deployed 2 of his Dreadnoughts and a Frigate Swarm to a nearby Moon.
Macelion, attempting to force Chayar to deploy most of his forces to the moon, prepared the rest of ships to deploy to two other locations. However, Chayar did not deploy any more ships to reinforce the moon under assault. Macelion then deployed his Carrier and its complement of Fighters to a nearby Asteroid Field, hoping to draw Chayar to it as it was a lone target. Chayar then deployed his Dreadnought and half of his Fleet to the Station, protected by a lone Dreadnought and a group of Frigates. Chayar managed to destroy the Dreadnought, and he then retreated his fleet back to there original positions. Macelion pulled his fleet back, but by the time he pulled back his fleet Chayar was gone. Chayar then allowed Macelion to deploy his forces, and used hit-and-run tactics to wear down the Capital Ships and their supporting fleet. Macelion managed to institute control of the two locations, but Chayar still managed to chip away at his forces.
The Hit-and Run Tactics continued to be used, until eventually Chayar had weakened the two locations defenses enough, and launched an all-out assault which destroyed the Capital Ships. Chayar then launched an all-out assault on the Station, having several Freighters transport the Sentry Turrets to the battle to make sure he did not lose any ground in his assault. After Chayar had destroyed the Station's defenses and Macelion's Fleet, he captured his brother and then destroyed the Station. Chayar learned Macelion had been keeping his wife captive, and released her to the Kor-Azor.
After the Fleet returned home Mid-July of YC8, Macelion commited suicide with the help of a slave. The slave was killed, and the family mourned for Macelion despite the hardships he had brought and the lives he had cost. At the beginning of YC9, Jolian issued a Press Release containing all details of the Battle, and Chayar became revered both as a Military Commander, a man of family, a man of faith, and a lawful man. Chayar was offered a position as a Admiral in the Imperial Navy, and he gladly accepted the honor. Chayar served in several campaigns against pirate factions and heretics, and was honored as a Military Genius by many. Sokha also became of high influence in the Theology Council, and made Jolian very happy with his legacy.
In YC12, Jolian fell sick due to a Bone Marrow Infection, and eventually his bones completely grinded away at each other to the point his bones almost whithered away, and died miserably. However, Chayar was not able to be beside his father, as he was on deployment with his Fleet in Anti-Pirate Activities. A few days later, Chayar disappeared. Korona was given the title of Holder until Chayar could be found.
Lady Arcashiri instigated several changes within the Arcashiri families terriotory. She raised taxes, began production of a larger personal navy, and also purchased a station over Eclipticum. The Helzier Family soon came into conflict with Lady Arcashiri over the construction of a personal navy. The Helzier Family pressured Sokha to support their case, but she refused. After a month, Chayar was rescued and discovered to have been captured by a large smuggling ring, and then sold to the Angel Cartel and tortured.
The Torturing is suspected to actually have saved Chayar from dying from the same disease his father died from. It is not known how, but it is known that it did.
Chayar returned to his home and took a month of leave with his family after he was rescued. During this time Korona attempted to make Chayar holder, but he refused the title saying that he still had work to do. After his leave ended, Chayar returned to the navy and lead a large-scale operation against the Smuggler Ring he had been kidnapped by, and also against Angel Cartel operations in Amarrian Space.
In YC13, after the smuggler ring had been destroyed, Chayar joined the reserve and exceped his role as Holder. Now with a large private navy, Chayar had become a large asset to the Kor-Azor family, even if they were slowly becoming rivals. Chayar also rejoined the Civic Court, sitting in a comfortably high position in Regional Politics.
In YC14, Korona died after a very long life of a heart attack. After a large funeral, there was a celebration of the passing of a generator. While Chayar did not agree with this, he attended and supplied it.
In YC17, Cakzad Arcashiri was born.

Pre-Capsuleer Life[edit]

Early Life/Education[edit]

Cakzad proved very intelligent from an early age, and was enrolled in one of the best schools in the Kor-Azor Prime System. He soon became a member of the gifted program. Chayar also did not attempt to hide Cakzad from the world's ugliness, and was in fact known to use slaves more often around Cakzad.
At the age of 8 Cakzad was discovered to have the same medical disorder as Jolian had had, and the bones near the top of his head were weak. In YC27 Shobet Arcashiri was born, and Cakzad helped to nurture his younger sister. Cakzad graduated at 14, and took a year to stay with his family before he enrolled in the Royal Amarr Institute and earned PhDs in Law, Political Science, and Theology before earning a Master's Degree in History.

Tour of the Galaxy[edit]

Cakzad returned home in YC47 at the age of 30, and stayed with his family. During this time he learned that Shobet, now 20 years old, had been having romantic relations with Jivar Sarum. After Cakzad had spent a month at home, Chayar was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer due to his overexposure to certain chemicals when he was captured by the Smuggler Ring.
After Chayar was diagnosed, he took Cakzad on a tour through the Empire in an Armageddon. During this tour Chayar showed Cakzad everything he could show him about the Empire. For the next 3 months after they returned, Chayar took Cakzad along for Trade Deals and many Court cases. After that, Chayar inspired Cakzad to travel the galaxy and learn about other cultures.
In YC57, Cakzad did just that. Cakzad left home to the Federation, taking particular interest in CreoDron and it's founder. After spending a year among the Gallente, Cakzad joined the University of Cailile and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Astronomical Science. After earning his degree Cakzad travelled to the Caldari State, spending several years studying the MegaCorps before earning a Bachelor's Degree in Tradesmanship from the Science and Trade School.
After recieving his degree, Cakzad travelled to the Luminaire System. It was here that Cakzad witnessed his first combat. Cakzad took a job to transport food supplies to a Orbital Platform where a group of poor people were living.
When Cakzad docked to transfer the supplies, a group of terriosts hijacked his ship and Cakzad was imprisoned on the Platform which was actually being used to stage terriost operation. 3 days later Cakzad's ship and several others were used by the terriosts to attack a Gallente Senator, and the ships were destroyed. The Black Eagles then raided the platform, and the prisoners, including Cakzad, were freed.
After this, Cakzad returned home. In YC60, Cakzad returned to his Estate as Zagter Arcashiri was born. In YC61, Shobet (now at the age of 34) married Jivar Sarum, putting the Arcashiri Family much closer to the throne. In YC62, both Chayar and Sokha died within only a few days of each other.

Becoming a Holder[edit]

In YC62, Shobet had moved to Sarum Prime with her husband, and with Chayar and Sokha dead Cakzad was the only person to care for Zagter. And so he did. But he wasn't able to be there all the time, as Cakzad had much to deal with the new title of Holder. Zagter became more and more reclusive, spending the majority of his time studying the Scriptures.
However, there was a reason Cakzad spent much of his time away from Zagter. With the death of Chayar, the Helzier Family had tooken the oppurtunity to pounce on the Arcashiri Family. The Helzier Family had been working on gaining a reputation with the Kor-Azors, and the families had slowly intertwined through marriages and deals.
Chayar had been observing the Helzier Family, watching as they gained power. Then one of Cakzad's 2nd cousins was assasinated in YC68. While it was known that the Helzier's had conducted this attack, it was never publicized. Cakzad befriended Ikaro Ardishapur, a cousin of the Ardishapur Heir.
Ikaro and Cakzad engaged in a 'Holder War' with the Helziers, the equivilent of a 'Spy War' or 'Trade War' between factions. The 'Holder War' lasted until YC 84. By this time, Zagter was 24-years old and a known religious zealot. The 'Holder War' ended with a Luxury ship blowing to bits near a beutiful rock formation which contained the leading parts of the Helzier Family.
While Cakzad did not perpetrate this attack, Cakzad knew that Ikaro had perpetrated it. Ikaro and Cakzad became close friends quickly, eventually leading to Cakzad constructing an estate for him on Eclipticum.
In YC 90, a group within the Arcashiri Family, now a very small family, began to compete with Cakzad. Jolian and his brother Koloko and their wives were the only members of the Arcashiri Family who survived their generation. For a time, Koloko, Jolian, and Korona were the only Arcashiri's alive.
There had always been competition between Koloko and Jolian, and Koloko was known to be jealous of Jolian when he was alive. Koloko and Jolian had in fact been twins, which had caused a large number of disputes over which one would become Holder. Jolian had gained the the Holder title, and Koloko's lineage had become almost unimportant.
Koloko had had two sons. Koloko made his sons hate Chayar, but the sons didn't have the power to take over the family. Koloko died as his last grandchild was born. The older son had a daughter and a son, while the younger son had a single son. As the Koloko's sons died, the daughter was married to a member of the Helzier Family in an alliance to bring down Cakzad.
Koloko's two grandchildren, Ukaria and Jokaro, began to plot with the Helziers against Cakzad. Ukaria was the son of Koloko's older son, and Jokaro was the son of Koloko's youngest son. Ukaria naturally adopted a position as leader, and he slowly amassed power and ISK, and formed relationships with some 'shady' organizations.
In YC92, Ukair and Jokaro perpetrated an attack on a convoy sent by Cakzad to transport food to a colony on the edges of the Empire. The attack was successful, and disrupted Cakzad's operations.
After the attack, Cakzad spent 8 years using political maneuevering and his own assets to combat Ukair, Jokaro, and the Helziers. In YC100, Cakzad had finally been victorious. Koloko's lineage and the Helzier Family were all either dead, imprisoned, or removed from the Book of Records.

Empyrean Age[edit]

In YC105, at the start of the Empyrean Age, Cakzad was known to dislike Capsuleers, or Unbound. When Heideraan recieved the Idonis, Cakzad was very happy.
Cakzad had always been a supporter of peace between the Empires, though he was not shy of destroying Heathen such as the Blood Raiders. This included Articio Kor-Azor. At this point, Cakzad was known to speak out against Articio, and was one of the accusing Holders.
Cakzad was known to deploy his fleets to support the Amarr-Blood Raider War. and despised the Blood Raiders. Cakzad was also known to speak out against Chamberlain Korsoth.
In YC110, which Cakzad called 'The Dark Year', Cakzad's Fleet was decimated by the Elder Fleet attack. It was then that Cakzad met and befriended Yavean Ikarvo, a former Imperial Navy Captain who had retired. After the Elder Fleet was destroyed, Cakzad and Yaven Ikarvo developed a close friendship much like the bond he had formed with Ikaro Ardishapur.
Cakzad was known to dislike Capsuleers and Empress Jamyl Sarum I, but otherwise kept to himself and his Holdings as well as his family. Cakzad's relations with the Kor-Azor continued to be strained, and his relations with the Ardishapurs continued to improve.

Disappearance[edit]

A month after the Sansha Incursions begun, the Sansha launched an attack on Cakzad Arcashiri, whom was in a convoy heading to make a trade deal in Aridia. At the current time, no information is available on what happened during the year that Cakzad Arcashiri was missing
It is known that Zagter Arcashiri was given the temporary title of Holder when his sister refused it. Let it be known that Cakzad himself has no memory of the year he was missing.

Life as a Capsuleer[edit]

Cakzad's life as a Capsuleer has been very eventful.

The Royal Amarr Institute[edit]

Instead of the typical Capsuleer, one with clones, Cakzad instead simply trained to be a Capsule Pilot. After graduating the Capsuleer Program at the Royal Amarr Institute, Cakzad gave a lecture on the effect of Unbound on the Empires, as well as the availability of slaves on the Open Market.

Crown Humanitarian Aid Organization[edit]

After giving his lecture, Cakzad founded the CRHAO. Cakzad engaged in Operation Hanoi and Operation Red Strike. The former was an attempt to recover and rehabilate jettisoned slaves from along the Amarr-Caldari Border, while the latter was an attempt to crush the Blood Raiders in the Sehmy System.

Changing Fealty[edit]

After several weeks in the CRHAO, Cakzad changed his family fealty to the Ardishapur Family. This roused a good bit of conflict, but overall the decision blew over.

The Arcashiri Family[edit]

Cakzad disbanded the CRHAO, and the majority of its employees are employed by the Arcashiri Family now.
