Contract Login Update Notification (CSM)

Summary

The contract currently does not notify a player if they have any contracts at login and the player must open up the contract application to verify if any issued / completed contracts are awaiting further action.

Solution

Similar to the Eve-Mail button, whenever a player logs in if there are any contracts requiring player attention, the button will light up until hit.

Pros

Be able to know if any contracts are waiting as soon as the player logs in.
