Summary[edit]
The forum signature limitation of under 24000 bytes was set many years ago and times have changed with faster internet connections as well as an option on the Forum to turn off sigs in the first place.
Solution[edit]
Increase the file size to 75k. The pixel limitation of 400x120 should stay as it is.
Pros[edit]
- .png will be a viable format for signatures.
- Less compression required on jpg
Cons[edit]
- Makes it easier to create annoying animated gifs.
