Introduction[edit]

Project Rho is an attempt to gather information on all types of Rogue Drone hardware, from the smallest to the largest Drone. Once this database is complete a full study of all construction techniques will be undertaken to see what can be learned about Rogue Drone evolution. In addition the capacity and performance of all the various drone types will be analysed and compared to current Capsuleer ship class equivalents as a meassure of their effectiveness of design. This process is a vital part us being able to comparing Rogue Drones to Sleeper Drones to look for any parallels or shared technology.

Experiment Outline[edit]

To collect sensor data and physical samples from of all sizes and types of Rogue Drones for anaylsis and compiling into a Rogue Drone Database. This Database will be comprised of detailed anaylsis of every Rogue Drone model known, its technology, purpose and performance will be compared to all known Empire Drone Technology and Capsuleer vessels in a comparitive study under each individual Rogue Drone Database entry.

This study will also include analysing current Empire Drone Technology, specifically Tech I, Tech II, Navy Issue, Integrated and Augmented Drones to form our baseline for comparrisons to be made.

Research Aims[edit]

  • Compile a comprehensive and detailed Rogue Drone Database on all Known Rogue Drones.
  • Compare Rogue Drones to Empire equivalents, for example. Rogue Drone Cruiser class compared to Tech 1 Empire Cruisers.
  • Compare Rogue Drones to Sleeper Drones to find any similarities or shared technology.

Phase One[edit]

Phase One is focused on acquisition of all relevant research materials and inventorying all items in one location for ease of access for all Researchers involved in the project.

  • Acquisition of all variants of Empire Drones.
  • Samples of all Rogue Drone Components, Alloys & Compounds.
  • Sensor Logs of scans of all types of Rogue Drones.
  • Full inventory all of materials collected to be undertaken to ensure that no items are missing or unaccounted for prior to beginning Phase Two.


Phase Two[edit]

Phase Two will be focused on researching the inventoried items, starting with establishing a baseline to compare future results to. starting with anaylsis of the base materials and compounds that make up the Rogue Drones moving up to individual components and finally complete Drones.

  • Full analysis of Empire Drones to be carried out to form our Control Group.
  • Analysis of Alloys and Compounds.
  • Analysis of Components.
  • Analyse Sensor Logs, compile Rogue Drone Database.
  • Compare Rogue Drones to Sleeper Drones.


Data Assessment[edit]

Once the Rogue Drone Database has been completed it will then be used in an attempt to compare Rogue Drones to Sleeper Drones in search for any similarities or shared technology that may be present. In addition any new information that may be gleaned from comparative anaylsis of Rogue Drone types will be followed up by additional research projects on an individual case by case basis.
