So you’ve won a code. Maybe from here, maybe from one of the other Eve Partners. First off, Congratulations.
A common question is “What the hell do I do with this string of random numbers and letters?” And that’s what I’m going to answer here.
First, go to https://secure.eveonline.com/activation/ and log in. Make sure to use the account which contains the character you’re going to want to redeem the skin on.
Once you’re logged in, fill in code into the box in the middle.
This will put the skin into your redemption queue on that account. It’ll tell you what you got.
Now you can log into Eve and redeem the item on whichever character you want to. If you’re going to sell it, I recommend leaving it in the queue until you get to where you’re selling it. You can’t lose it from your redemption queue (unless you leave it there too long. But that’s days, at least. probably like 180 days. It’ll tell you when it expires.) Just find the redemption queue on your neocom, under Personal.
